Dinner In Ten Minutes

It’s been one of those days. You know the kind. The kind where you are mentally and physically exhausted. No matter how tired you are, you still have a family to feed. There was no way you could drag this mama out to the store, so it’s a make something from what you have on hand kind of night. I have to admit, those dishes often turn out to be some of the best ones. Typically, every red blooded, meat eating family has some ground meat on hand. Whether pork, turkey, venison or beef, this recipe will work with any variation of ground meat. I used ground beef. The trick is to season the meat well. I hope you guys can keep this recipe in your back pocket for days like these. Afterall, Mama said there will be day like this.

This.meal was really good and fast to make. The only thing I would do differently next time is use less egg noodles.
