A new way to fry chicken

Like many of you, I like watching Facebook videos to see how people cook things. One day I came across a video done by Kimmy’s Kreations for fried chicken. If you haven’t seen this girl on Facebook, go check her out. She is hilarious, adorable, entertaining and an awesome cook. I think you will get some great ideas from her to integrate into your cooking style. This video stood out to me because of the use of a spice called turmeric. They say turmeric has lots of anti inflammatory properties and that’s always a good thing. I didn’t make mine exactly like Kimmy because I didn’t have all the same ingredients available to me but the basic premise of the recipe is the same. Before I end this, let me add, turmeric will stain your clothes! I recommend you wear old clothes when working with turmeric. The turmeric also stained my white sink when I drained the chicken. I was able to get the stain out but not without bleach and a bit of elbow grease.
