Crawfish Delish

Yummy! That is the best word to describe this dish. When cooking with crawfish, it is important to remember to use Louisiana crawfish. It has been my experience that crawfish from other places tend to have a fishy after taste, especially those imported from foreign countries. The great thing about this recipe is you can choose how must of a spicy kick you want to have by add more or less red pepper flakes. This is one dish that you will be thanking me for later! I do realize that crawfish is not readily available in some areas. Shrimp or lump crabmeat can also be substituted. One follower even suggested using sliced sausage as an alternative to shellfish all together. Personally, I haven’t tried that yet, but it is now on my to do list.
