Easy No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Butter
- ½ Cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3 Cups Rolled Oats
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Chocolate Almond Bark
- ¾ Cup Peanut Butter
Instructions
- Grate Almond Bark using a cheese grater. Set aside.
- Line an 8 X 8 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar and vanilla. Heat over low-medium heat until butter has melted and sugar is dissolved.
- Add oats, cinnamon, and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
- Pour ½ of the oat mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread mixture evenly, pressing down.
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine almond bark and peanut butter. Place in microwave and heat on high in increments of 30 -45 seconds, stirring in between each increment, until melted and fully combined.
- Pour chocolate mixture over pressed oats reserving ¼ for later.
- Top with remaining oats and drizzle remaining chocolate on top.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
