Peanut Butter Cake Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces Chocolate Flavored Almond Bark, melted
  • 16 ounces Family Size Nabisco Nutter Butter Cookies
  • 8 ounce Cream Cheese, softened
  • ¼ Cup Creamy Peanut Butter I used Jif
  • Cup Powdered Sugar
  • Sprinkles if desired

Instructions
 

  • Mix together cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar using a mixer until well combined.
  • In a food processor, process Nutter Butter cookies until reduced to a fine powder.
  • Combine cookie powder and cream cheese mixture until combined to form a dough.
  • Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet.
  • Lets balls chill in fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Using a fork, roll balls into melted chocolate almond bark until coated.
  • Decorate with sprinkles if desired.
  • Chill balls in fridge for another 5 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
  • Serve at room temperature.
