Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 sticks butter room temperature
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • teaspoons cake batter flavoring I use McCormick
  • 1 3.4 oz box pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup pistachios roughly chopped
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs, cake batter flavoring, and pistachio pudding mix until well blended.
  • Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture by hand until a dough forms.
  • Fold in the chopped pistachios and white chocolate chips.
  • Roll dough into 2-inch balls and place them on your baking sheet.
  • Gently press down the tops of each dough ball to flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes on the pan before transferring to a cooling rack.

  1. I made these as part of my Christmas baking. They are delicious!! I also had to crack open the nuts. I had a full bag already and didn’t want to buy unshelled but so worth the work!!! Merry Christmas to you all!!!

  2. You state in recipe cream brown sugar and sugar…..but in ingredients above you don’t list regular sugar. I had to go back and watch the video.

    Also, in video you state Baking Soda but in Recipe above you say Baking Power…there is a difference….which can mess up the cookie. I already used the baking powder.

    Need to fix recipe here……I hope my cookies come out 🤦🏼‍♀️

  3. Kelly your missing a 1/2 cup granulated sugar in the recipe. I only noticed because it said cream butter, brown sugar and sugar, and you only had brown sugar listed so I went back and looked up the original recipe just letting you know.
