Course Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 Store Bought Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 Can Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Filling You can use Strawberry Pie filling.
  • ½ Box Yellow Cake Mix I really like Duncan Hines, but any brand will do.
  • ¼-½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Stick Butter, sliced
  • 1 Container of cool whip
  • 1 package Instant Strawberry Jello mix
  • ¼ Cup Condensed Milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Empty pie filling into pie shell.
  • Drizzle heavy whipping cream over top of pie filling. You want to drizzle the cream over entire pie, but not every piece will be covered in the cream.
  • Pour cake mix over the cream. This will cover the entire pie. Remember to only use half of the mix.
  • Put slices of butter over top of the cake mix.
  • Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the cake is cooked and is a golden brown color. Allow pie to cool completely before serving.
  • For the topping. Mix entire contents of Cool Whip with 1 package of strawberry jello. Pour ¼ cup of condensed milk in a stir. Mix well. Put entire mixture back into cool whip container and store in fridge until ready to serve.

Looks delicious. Will have to give it a try. Rubber rat on the counter by the sink. Don’t take your magnets down. It’s your home that you’re inviting us to share with you. The way you are is what keeps me coming back. Even on camera you and your family are just being a family living real life. Real people having real conversations and real life experiences. And I admire your patience for putting up with the rudeness of some people. So keep using that same spoon after you tasted from it, keep interacting with your family while you’re live, just please keep being real. Much love to the Munson family from the Grand Lake Region of Ohio 💖
