Ingredients
The Bread Pudding
- 1 loaf stale french bread, cut into 1 in cubes
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ Cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 Cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 lbs frozen blueberries
- ½ lb grated almond bark
The White Chocolate Sauce
- ½ lb almond bark
- ¼ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- ¼ Cup powdered Sugar
Instructions
The Bread Pudding
- Add cubed bread to a greased 13X9X2 disposable aluminum pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix condensed milk, evaporated milk, heavy whipping cream, vanilla, granulated sugar, eggs, and grated almond bark.
