Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons red food coloring
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and red food coloring.
  • Whisk in cocoa powder and vinegar until fully combined and smooth.
  • Gently fold in flour and salt just until combined. Do not overmix.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 28–32 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing for clean edges.
