Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 1 cup pecans finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Β½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Β½ teaspoon salt
  • ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400Β°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon fillets skin-side down and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Use a silicone brush to coat the tops of each salmon fillet with the maple glaze.
  • Press finely chopped pecans over each salmon fillet, gently pressing so they stick to the glaze.
  • Bake the salmon for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the salmon flakes easily with a fork. For extra crunch, broil the top for 1–2 minutes at the end.
