Ingredients
  

  • 6 bone in pork chops
  • 1 tbsp Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic pepper
  • 2 10.75 oz can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 2 packets dry onion soup mix

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease a 9x13 in baking pan.
  • Add cream of celery soups, water, rice, and one packet of onion soup mix to baking dish and stir to combine.
  • Season both sides of pork chops with Tony's and garlic pepper and place on top of rice mixture.
  • Sprinkle second packet of onion soup mix over entire contents of baking dish.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 1½ hours or until rice and rice and cooked through.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
