Ingredients
  

  • 2 Slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions
 

  • Slice banana into thin rounds and set aside.
  • Spread Mascarpone Cheese on one slice of bread.
  • Drizzle honey on top of the Mascarpone cheese.
  • Layer sliced bananas on top of the cheese and butter mixture.
  • Place to two slices of bread together to form a sandwich.
  • Spread butter on top and bottom of sandwich.
  • Place in a frying pan heated to medium heat and cook each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, flipping once.
