  • Cups Mayonnaise
  • 8 Ounces Sour Cream

Salad

  • 16 Ounces Rotini Pasta cooked, drained and cooled
  • ½ Red Onion, diced
  • 4 Ounces Cheddar Cheese, cubed
  • 4 Cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 1-2 Avocados, chopped
  • 2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 Pound Cooked Bacon, chopped

Dressing

  • Mix mayo, sour cream, and Ranch thoroughly and set aside.

Salad

  • Add lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, cheese, avocados, onion and parsley to a large salad bowl and toss.
  • Add pasta and toss again.
  • Add desired amount of dressing and toss to combine.
