- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 Cups Chopped Onion, celery and bell pepper mix
- 12 oz peas and carrots mix can use can or frozen
- 15 ounce corn can use can or frozen
- ⅓ cup worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup beef broth
- 5 llbs russet potatoes, boiled and peeled
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½-1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter
Brown ground meat with onion mixture, Tony's, 1 tbsp black pepper and garlic.
Drain meat and add peas and carrots, corn, worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Cook on medium heat 10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, mash boiled potatoes and butter using a hand mixer.
Add ½ cup milk, 1 tbsp black pepper, parmesan cheese and the salt to the potatoes and mix to combine. Add more milk to taste to make potatoes creamy.
In a well greased 13 X 9 baking dish, pour ground meat mixture in the bottom of the dish.
Top with mashed potatoes.
Top potatoes with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350° until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
