110.5 OzCan of Cream of Chicken Soup
1Cup Sour Cream
1Cup Grated Parmesan
1½TeaspoonsSalt
½Teaspoon Pepper
2CupsShredded Sharp Yellow Cheddar
1½CupsCorn Flakes Cereal, lightly crushed
Instructions
Heat butter over medium heat in a skillet.
Add onion and cook until soft and translucent.
Stir in garlic and cook until soft and fragrant.
In a large mixing bowl, mix cooked onions and garlic, hash browns, soup, sour cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and 1½ cups of cheddar.
Spread mixture in a 9 X 13 greased baking dish.
Top the casserole with remaining cheese and then the corn flakes.
Bake in oven at 350° until it bubbles around the sides and the top is slightly browned
