Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt. Cook the shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and lightly seared. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Add the remaining butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlicky butter sauce. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and parsley. Stir well and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  • Serve warm with pasta, rice, veggies, or crusty bread to soak up that delicious garlic butter sauce. 😋
