Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4-5 medium russet potatoes cubed
  • 4 tbsp olive oil divided
  • Garlic pepper to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your oven (or air fryer) to 400℉.
  • Next, toss the cubed potatoes in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, ensuring they are well-coated. Then, season them generously with garlic pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  • After that, spread the seasoned potatoes onto a greased baking pan and roast for about 20 minutes, or until they become golden brown and crispy. While the potatoes are cooking, you can move on to the chicken!
  • First, toss the chicken pieces with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Then season the chicken with the garlic pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning to infuse them with flavor.
  • Then, melt butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Once the butter is melted and sizzling, add the chicken and diced onion. Cook everything until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked, and the onions have softened.
  • At this point, stir in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the garlic to release its rich aroma.
  • Once the chicken is cooked and the onions are tender, remove the roasted potatoes from the oven and carefully add them to the skillet.
  • Next, pour in the Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce and gently stir until everything is well coated. The creamy, garlicky sauce will bring all the flavors together beautifully!
  • To take this dish to the next level, generously sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
  • Then, transfer the skillet to a 375℉ oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and turns irresistibly bubbly.
  • Once the cheese is melted to perfection, remove the skillet from the oven and let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
