Strawberry Pecan Summer Salad

Course Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz. spinach and arugula blend, washed
  • 1 qt. strawberries hulled and quartered
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 c. Ken's Steak House Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette or your favorite vinaigrette

Instructions
 

  • Place the spinach in a great big serving bowl.
  • Add the strawberries.
  • Add pecans.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar over entire salad.
  • Drizzle dressing on top of salad.
  • Sprinkle feta on top of salad.
