Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Pastry brush optional

Ingredients

For the Dessert Chips

  • 6-8 small flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the Toppings

  • ½ cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips
  • Fresh strawberries sliced
  • Valentine sprinkles
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Conversation hearts or festive candies

Optional additions: caramel sauce, Nutella, powdered sugar, whipped cream

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut tortillas into triangle “chip” shapes and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Brush each tortilla piece with melted butter. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle generously over the tortillas.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  • Arrange the dessert chips on a serving platter. Melt the chocolate and white chocolate, then drizzle over the chips.
  • Top with strawberries, marshmallows, sprinkles, and Valentine candies. Serve immediately and enjoy!

(No-Bake Option)

  • To make these Valentine Dessert Nachos without baking, use store-bought cinnamon chips, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers instead of homemade tortilla chips. Assemble with melted chocolate and toppings as directed. Perfect for quick Valentine desserts or kid-friendly treats.
